BRASSICACEAE IN NEW WORLD

New World has 1,173 spp. of Brassicaceae in 116 genera, a half of species only in five genera: Draba (230), Physaria (110), Boechera (105), Lepidium (87), and Cardamine (72). Mexico has 214 spp. in 43 genera; U.S.A. has 661 spp. in 67 genera.
